Radisson Blu Sporting

The resort has high potential and could become a place to return to every year. The park is actually very beautiful and lends itself to many more initiatives, while some areas are left to themselves and no notice is given during the booking phase that there is construction work in progress. It is also evident that the structure and the pools need maintenance, as there are some non-functioning hydromassages and some old furnishings. Cleaning is nevertheless impeccable in all spaces, including the common bathrooms in the outdoor area. The restaurant should vary the à la carte menu more, and the appetizer buffet should be restocked instead of being left with some empty trays after only 40 minutes from the start of service. In the rooms, the connecting doors must absolutely be replaced with real soundproof doors: the lack of privacy or being woken up by other guests in the middle of the night is unacceptable in a hotel that boasts 4 stars. I would have reported these comments at check-out, but apart from the request for the balance of the stay, I was not asked anything about my satisfaction: there is therefore room for improvement for the staff as well.

A very solid 4* product, we congratulate the team for delivering an excellent service. We stayed in Majestic during a US kids golf tournament and were on a half-board offer. Spectacular quality and variety of food both at breakfast and dinner. Very fresh ingredients, plenty of seafood specialities. We happened to be in the hotel for the big Ferrogosto holiday. The hotel offered a celebratory dinner with a seafood feast (oysters included!) by the pool - the staff worked the entire hot day of August to set up for dinner. That was special and definitely over and above our expectations for what was included in our half board. Service super friendly, super efficient and super professional. Well suited for kids as well, our son loved the billiards, the pools and the freedom to roam around. Only remark - if you are a light sleeper, do ask for a room on the other side from the pools. The evening entertainment could be heart loud and clear in the room otherwise. All in all - an excellent 4* product, we would gladly return!

Excellent property, welcoming and friendly staff, only flaw: Riccardo at the pool bar who doesn't know how to do his job at all.
