I went with friends , immediately noticed disrespect for the staff , abuse of power and little empathy , we will definitely not return

I stayed at this hotel because a best western. The building is historic and well maintained. The rooms very large and comfortable beds. A nice bathroom with a huge shower but no bidet. Very nice and professional staff. I'd be back.
