The manager is terrible, very rude, 0 manners!!!! 0 respect!!! Arrogant and the reception staff has no time!!!! Terrible organization and the manager hung up on us on the phone!!! Affiliated with Pineta Beach, disappointing, disorganized, uncaring, and for heaven's sake NEVER AGAIN, the hotel first and foremost.

A week with the family, with daughter and grandson in tow. As already last year we found a welcoming and familiar atmosphere in the cool of the pine forest of Jesolo. Quiet the right, impeccable services, excellent cuisine with various choices of meat, fish and vegetarian, rich salad buffet for both lunch and dinner, breakfast quite rich. Warm and professional Welcoming, ideal for a family looking for tranquility, proximity to the beach (umbrella and deckchair cpomprese in the price). We really rialsati and felt pampered pal staff, especially in the dining room. Dinner always preceded by a pleasant aperitif on the terrace overlooking the pool and beach. Excellent price-quality ratio. Thanks to the whole Santin family.

We’ve just returned from our vacation and couldn’t resist leaving a heartfelt review about the hotel where we spent such a wonderful time. A special thank you to the staff — everyone was incredibly kind, always greeting us with a warm smile and ready to help. One moment that especially touched us was when we were leaving at 3 a.m. in the rain, and someone from the hotel kindly walked us to our taxi. That was such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel truly feels like a home away from home — you’re treated like family. There’s always someone ready to assist, offer support, or just chat with genuine warmth. The location is also fantastic. The air smells of pine trees and the sea, and in just 100 meters you’re already on the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge, and beach towels are available on request. Housekeeping was done daily, keeping everything clean and tidy. The meals were generous and delicious — you definitely won’t go hungry here!
