Hotel in an excellent location, on the main street of Jesolo. Cozy rooms, the only missing item is a mini refrigerator. Good cleanliness. A varied and abundant buffet breakfast, both sweet and savory. The only downside, unacceptable for a 3-star hotel: during the stay, there was a group of guests - foreign families with children aged 0 to 7/8 years - who were shouting, playing, and slamming the doors of their rooms late at night, until 3 in the morning, oblivious to the other guests. None of the hotel staff - present 24/7 - bothered to make these rather rude "guests" stop to restore the situation to a minimum of decency. Firstly this hotel has a private,enclosed parking with plenty of spaces, which is very important if you come by car. Location is bery good, 3 min prom the beach. Has its own sunbeds but if you want closer to the seashore you can pay about 25 euro for the pair Room is clean, small but with new furniture. Breakfast is very good

Very friendly hotel with perfect cleanliness and breakfast! The owners very friendly and always available for any information or help. Super recommended place. If we were to happen again in Jesolo we would definitely stay with you!
