Hotel Helios

Great professionalism and empathy: they saved our stay! Hotel Helios proved to be an authentic oasis of peace after we were forced to leave Hotel Astor due to serious service failures. We contacted them in the morning during a moment of great distress and the management showed a truly rare attention to the customer: understanding the situation, they immediately granted us a discount on the stay and allowed an immediate early check-in. The facility is excellent: the room assigned to us was modern, fragrant, with impeccable cleanliness and equipped with every comfort. The convenience of the reserved parking space inside the facility was also much appreciated. As confirmation of their great care for the guest, on the last day, since a small mix-up occurred with our beach loungers, they kindly moved us to the front row facing the sea at no extra charge. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff for their kindness, helpfulness, and impeccable management. You turned a weekend that started off badly into a beautiful experience. Highly recommended!

In a month and a half we have come three times and we will gladly return again. Ideal location, far from the nightlife and close to the sea. Wonderful, welcoming, helpful, and enterprising staff. Clean and quiet rooms, slept very well. There is a very good energy and it is pleasant. Wonderful pool.

We love this hotel and every year spend a fortnight here. It is warm, welcoming & friendly from the very start as you enter & meet the lovely reception staff. The rooms are excellent with every service that is needed & the daily cleaning is excellent & prompt. The breakfast is superb with such a sumptuous variety of foods to satisfy every taste. The two ladies who serve breakfast (Maria Pia & Debora) are so cheerful & helpful and make getting up in the morning a joy. Finally, the gentleman on night duty is a lovely man who everyone gets to know.
