I stayed at this property in mid-July; below are the numerous issues encountered: - Superficial handling of the beach spot request - before 2:00 PM: via email it had been confirmed that the request for a beach spot and parking had been noted in the booking remarks, so as to be ready upon our arrival at the property. Despite this, at check-in the immediate response was \"no, we don't have space,\" without even checking the notes already reported: an attitude that immediately created resentment. Only after pointing out what had been agreed upon via email did the staff check and the spot turned out to be available, almost as if to appear kind and magnanimous for something that should have been verified right from the start. Superficial management with little attention to the customer. (Note: to be able to use the beach and parking before 2:00 PM, payment of a 20 euro supplement for early check-in is required, information obtained only upon our explicit request well in advance and not present in the booking summary email. A practice that we had never encountered in any other property). - Several critical issues related to the room: - Minibar absent: the comfort room did not have a minibar, despite it being expressly indicated among the services on the website. - No space to dry clothes: a not insignificant aspect when dealing with a seaside location, where being able to dry swimsuits and towels is a common and important need for guests. - Limited towel changes: only every two days, unless explicitly requested. A level of service lower than that of many hostels. - Air conditioning that turned off at night: during both nights, around 3:00 AM, the air conditioning turned off mysteriously, making sleep very difficult due to the tropical climate in the room. It is hard not to think of it as a choice to save on costs at the expense of the guests. - Beach spot denied on the last day, even though the beach remained half empty. A decision that seemed more like spite than a real lack of availability. - Check-out handled with double standards: at check-in it was explained to us with great emphasis that the departing guest has the right to use all services until 11:00 AM. A principle that, evidently, did not apply to us: despite the time, when going up to the room at 10:00 AM I found the cleaning staff already at work, in open contradiction to what we had been told upon arrival. Although the mistake was clearly the hotel's, not only did no apologies arrive, but I was invited to enter the room anyway, with little respect for both us and the cleaning staff. After what happened during the two days of our stay, we would have expected at least a minimum of respect: instead, we were asked in a mocking tone what other problems there had been, even though it seemed quite clear what had happened. In summary: a hotel that demands extra payments for every little thing, but offers in return a service that is not up to par and an attitude from the staff that is, to say the least, arrogant. Experience strongly discouraged: we will not return.

Terrible experience and staff not at all attentive to customers. The booked room had a strong smell of smoke and the reception confirmed to me that the previous guests had smoked in the room. Faced with this, even though there were rooms available, they did not change it for me because they were of a higher level. Therefore, I, a paying customer for a non-smoking room, received no assistance and thus slept with that smell. The manager was completely absent on Saturday and Sunday. The girls at the reception could not do anything without prior approval. Certain people should not do this job. There are many others better suited for them.

Disastrous and never again! We love Italy, go to Jesolo every year, but THIS has never happened to us before! Once and NEVER AGAIN! Stay away from this hotel. After the first breakfast, my mother felt really unwell. She then spent the day in the room and only felt better the next day. (Another lady we met in the elevator had the same symptoms!) Immediately afterwards, we reported the incident at the reception and requested to cancel breakfast for the rest of the vacation. The absent management had us informed "Cannot do." Subsequently, we attempted multiple times to speak with the hotel manager - either in person or through a phone call. That was not possible at all; he is too busy. "We are supposed to write an email" was the response. Sorry, but I certainly do not want that on vacation! The manager is a ghost, and there is no one to listen and no solution. Apparently, different rules apply here, and guests are simply ignored. More importantly, there is certainly a problem with their food or hygiene, as my mother had not eaten anything else that day. The air conditioning was broken and needed to be repaired, the hairdryer was broken, the headboard was missing,... just deficiencies! Better to spend a few more euros, have a nice vacation, stay healthy, and save your nerves! HANDS OFF! P.S.: The ladies at the reception were friendly and cannot be blamed for the miserable management. The cleaning ladies are also good!
