Long family weekend to visit Venice and enjoy a bit of the sea. The biggest defects concern the rooms, old, noisy but above all not very clean and poorly cleaned. The bathroom is embarrassing: the toilet seat is all crooked, the toilet brush is in indecent condition and the shower has no tray which creates the effect of flooding almost up to the room. The balcony is barely usable and all rusty. The car park is about 800m from the hotel, I recommend avoiding the hotel car park as they put the cars too close together and risk being ruined. Swimming pool always in the shade. The pluses: good location near the beach in the old Jesolo area with umbrella and sunbed included, abundant breakfast even if partly packaged, beds laid out for the children (I hate bunk beds). Friendly staff. Value for money so-so based on my experiences

What a terrible place! AC not working. Awful smell in the room. Cleaning not ok. Old dirty towels and garbage were found in our room behind the door. We had to check out one day earlier. When sending email to the hotel for refund as the staff told us to do - we do not get any reply! What a joke!!

Try to phone the hotel, they'll either hang up on you or put the phone aside and continue with other work. If you reserve a parking place on the premises, chances are that you'll be sent to a public parking about a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The air conditioning broke down and the average temperature was 36. A most unpleasant night and no sorry, no refund, no nothing not even a reply to my complaint via email. I won't return.
