We spent a truly wonderful vacation at Vela Blu. It is an extremely well-maintained and clean village in every corner, perfect for those looking for relaxation and quality. The dining is of an excellent standard: excellent meat and fish dishes, with great vegetarian alternatives. The selection is not endless like in mega-resorts, but it is perfectly sized for the property and always guarantees freshness and attention to detail. A huge round of applause goes to the dining room service and, in particular, to Jonathan and Gabriele: their work was simply impeccable! Always attentive, professional, smiling, and ready to satisfy every request. In general, all the staff — from the reception to the cleaning ladies — stand out for their kindness and availability that is out of the ordinary. The entertainment was also highly appreciated: present, friendly, and engaging, but never intrusive, capable of providing beautiful moments of entertainment. The clientele is composed of about 95% Germans and Austrians. To top it all off, a beach that is always very clean and a wonderful sea, suitable for children (shallow water and very fine sand). Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderfull time. We booked a pitch. It was spacious but there was no shade. The view at sea was amazing. The bench bar is excellent. So is the supermarket. We loved the wall with tap wine. There were only a couple of weird rules at the reception. We checked in but arriving at our pitch we found out we had to rent a thing for the tap water. They also kept our passport. ‘Because then we know when you’ll leave’ All though we’d already paied. The toilets are quite far away. The streets are realllly narrow. But having said so, the greenery is beautiful and well maintained.

If your children don’t speak German, don’t expect them to be included in the kids’ activities. The entertainment team communicates almost exclusively in German and makes little effort to include children who don’t understand the language. As a result, international children are left standing on the sidelines instead of being part of the activities. For a campsite that welcomes guests from many different countries, this is simply not good enough.
