We had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location is excellent, just a 5-minute drive from the beautiful village of Lazise and very close to Gardaland Park, making it a perfect choice for families and visitors to the area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The selection was quite limited, and if you arrived after 9:00 a.m., many of the food items had already run out and were not replenished. This was the only aspect of our stay that did not meet our expectations taking into account the money that we spent for the accommodation. The reception staff and the restaurant team were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. However, the service at the pool bar was extremely slow. The waiters often spent time talking among themselves instead of serving guests, which resulted in unnecessary waiting times. Another downside was that the swimming pool closed at 7:00 p.m., and guests were asked to leave immediately, making it impossible to enjoy the pool during. Despite these issues, the excellent location, clean rooms, and friendly reception staff made our stay enjoyable. With improvements to the breakfast service and pool bar efficiency, this hotel could provide a much better overall experience.

The resort is very beautiful, very clean, the location excellent for going to all the parks, the breakfast and dinner buffets are very varied and everything is delicious, highly recommended
