We stayed here for 10 days in July in room 105. I had emailed the hotel before the stay and asked for a low floor and a quiet room. We had just that. We were late arriving due to flight delays so had instructions on how to let ourselves in with a lockbox which worked perfectly. Due to the late hour we had been left some snacks which were really appreciated. Room was very clean with adequate storage. Nice en-suite with shower. We had aircon and an overhead fan so easy to cool for sleeping. Cleaning everyday. Clean towels every other day. Spotless. Breakfast was very nice - fruit and cereals, boil your own eggs and cold meats, toast and croissants and jams. Coffee good. We did an early start one day for a trip to Verona and they kindly packed us a breakfast bag - same for our early departure home. Lovely hotel right in the middle of the port area. Great staff who are so friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend if you would like a quality good value stay in the heart of Malcesine

A hotel in the best location. Ideal for a short trip. The room has everything one needs, and the size is perfect. The staff at the reception is very friendly and always has a smile on their face. Thank you very much for three very nice days.
