Don’t usually write a review let alone a negative one. Stayed two nights at Hotel Gamma in Mérida and were told that they only give a free package of coffee for the morning for one night. Didn’t have our room cleaned as wasn’t necessary but can’t believe they would be that cheap. Wanted to charge 26 pesos. It’s not the money but the principle. Will tell all our friends

I was staying in the hotel for a night in mid-June. The hotel is located in a countryside yet there are some pubs or stores nearby. Marcon is not far from Venice. However, it could be cumbersome if wish to travel by using public transport. Above all, the staff in the hotel were very friendly and they were happy to give you direction. Overall, it is a high-quality budget hotel.

Used it only for a short sleep over. Room was nothing special but it was clean. Hotel locks the main door after 10:00 pm (no entry or exit through the main entrance afterwards) so we used fire escape for an early check out (5 am due to early flight). Location is not bad if you are looking for a hotel close to the Marko Polo airport even though it was a little tough to find, following google maps directions.
