Ca Beatrice

Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had at any hotel. The rooms were immaculate, well-appointed, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious especially given the very reasonable price point. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the owner. Without question, he is the most helpful and kind-hearted host I have ever encountered. He went far beyond any expectation: he stayed late to keep reception open after my delayed arrival, and when I accidentally left my phone in a taxi from the airport, he took it upon himself to contact the company, coordinate with the dispatcher, and track down the driver. Even after reception hours, he stayed with me until the driver returned, ensuring I was safe and supported. The next morning, he was ready and waiting at 3:30 AM to drive me to the airport and when I went to pay, he kindly refused, saying the matter was settled once the taxi driver charged me for returning my phone. His grace, patience, and generosity turned what could have been a disastrous situation into a manageable and even memorable one. I simply cannot thank him enough. This is hospitality at its finest.

Brilliant stay at a wonderful place. The stay was full of beauty and wonderful animals. There was also an airport transfer offered

As agreed, we were picked up at Marco Polo Airport near Venice. The room in the attic was very spacious, clean, very quiet and comfortably furnished. We were also taken to the bus station in Venice the next day and were allowed to call again on return to be picked up. The restaurant belonging to the house, which we visited twice, has us well eaten. We can highly recommend this house. It was very suitable for us as we then set sail from the cruise terminal in Fusina. There we needed a taxi, however, which was not a problem as ordered by the hotel. However, this house is less suitable for people who do not have cats (4) and dogs (min. 2) like.
