Hotel Gronda Lagunare

Budget-friendly, Venice Marco Polo airport adjacent, ideal for those traveling early morning.Small rooms but comfortable beds.Included Coffee and sweets for breakfast. We are a family of 4 and we booked two camere.Una of the two rooms absolutely bad pulizia.Il owner instead of apologizing denied the evidence making us look like illusionaries. For this reason we will no longer use this service. I attach photos. (Note the soap in the shower L we found already there).

I walk in and out of a Blues Brothers-type endless staircase to visit the nun. You arrive with your suitcases at the end and the single room is a cloistered cell minimum size. You spend the night feeling every outside breath because isolation absolutely nothing. If you then ask for a taxi , paying 13 euros to go to the airport about 2 km away (twenty minutes walk) can go as well as bad because .... He arrives “more or less” at the requested time using the academic quarter of an hour ... mah.... only the owner is saved who despite being empathetic like many Venetians towards tourists at least is always available (even when at 04.00 the taxi he booked does not show up). Courage... I won’t repeat the experience

I stayed there for one night, but in the apartment that is behind the hotel. The apartment is very dated, there is a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room a kitchen, where you will find a bottle of water, packed snacks and an office style coffee maker. and a bathroom without shower, but with bathtub. The strong point is the location near the airport, but the cleanliness is terrible, found black and long hair in all environments.
