A beautiful villa with new additions located in a beautiful park. Room very nice, staff friendly. Very quiet location, nice view, even if it is not located by the sea. Restaurant was good and is very nice with the painted ceilings. Prices fair, recommendation

I celebrated my graduation at Villa Barbarich and, despite the beauty of the place, the experience was ruined by an unprofessional management. During the evening a package of three drinks per person was provided, with a specific list of drinks included in the agreed menu. Unfortunately, the bar staff did not inform guests when ordering drinks not included in the offer, nor did they report that these would incur an additional cost of 10 euros each. I was only notified of the matter late in the evening, when about twenty extra drinks had already been served, finally finding myself with an unexpected bill of 220 euros. I find it extremely incorrect that nothing was communicated to customers when ordering: a lack of transparency that has created discomfort for both me and my guests. In addition, I was told during the agreement that the room did not have heating and that, if necessary, I would have to rent stoves for a fee. Upon arrival, I found that the heating had been activated for a couple of hours, disproving what had been previously communicated. Too bad, because the location is very nice and the evening, in other respects, had been carefully organized. However, the lack of clarity and fairness in the management left a really negative impression. I would not recommend this property to those who want a transparent and professional Service.
