Zen Residence Venice

My friend and I got the bookibg confirmation after we payed for everything and when we got to the place and rang multiple times and tried calling the phone number of the residence and no one answered...

It was ok, it was clean, it was a place to stay and a roof over our heads. The lady who owned the apartment was lovely and really helpful, and to be fair the location for public transport was good...
