Byron Laguna Inn

Traveling to France we took this hotel for one night. It ´s not a nightmare but very close. Staff is friendly, surrounding area is village with one pizzeria. Room small, noisy road under the window, highway close and you can hear it all night. We payed € 40, what can be expected for this money?

This hotel is about 20 min (by bus) from venizia historic center. Actually the only way to access venice is bus and they arrive in irregular timetable. 200m distance from bus stop! the Malcontenta region is quiet and beautiful. the hotel is an old building and the staff behave almost all rude and unfriendly. access to hotel from the venice mestre station is not possible! go to lusia train station.

I will never set foot in this place again. The front desk people were so rude and disrespectful. When we were checking in around 01:30AM we heard sounds coming from some door behind us and it sounded like some erotic action was going on and it was loud! If it wasn't for my family, I had rather slept in the car. I didn't close an eye that night. We left first thing in the morning. The place it scary and very very small. We stayed in a room with four people and I touched every bed with my knee when I walked through the room. I have stayed in hostels and this hotel is worse than any hostel I have stayed at. We didn't feel wanted there and if it wasn't for the late hour, we would have stepped out and found another hotel. Spend your money somewhere else or sleep in the car. Do not set foot in this place! I warn you.
