Casa A Colori

We booked one night at this property for many people. A full 5 rooms total. The breakfast was good, rooms clean and spacious. Excellent property for a few nights in Padua if you reach the city by car.

Premise: I am external to the hotel. Possibly the WORST experience of my life. Two of my colleagues booked this hotel and checked in in the evening. It was explained to them where the breakfast room was. The next morning I reach one of the two at the hotel and he hands me a coffee in a plastic cup. I sit down with him in the breakfast room to have a quick chat. I point out to the waitress that, since I am an outsider, I was sitting for 2 minutes. She tells me she doesn't know, that it's not her job, agitated she tells me to go to the reception. I go to the reception and there was a line of 30 students from a field trip, so I return to the breakfast room while I waited for the reception to clear out. Shortly after, a girl comes towards me in a super aggressive manner and asks me if I am from the hotel. I try to explain to her that I was trying to tell her but she doesn't let me speak, she accompanies me to the entrance, asks me for my ID (which I give her immediately), asks me for 7 euros for the coffee (which I give her immediately) that had been given to me and that I didn't even drink. I respond in kind, she tells me to leave, she wants to give me back the 7 euros. Moral of the story: terrible experience, hospitality and courtesy nonexistent, malice and I think also fear of something but I wasn't able to understand what. I strongly advise against it, especially DO NOT ENTER if you go to pick up friends because they will treat you like criminals

Fraudsters of the ***: they asked us 15 euros of tourist tax and bail (7.5 each and 7.5 other) and when they gave us the money back it was 6.8 (should have returned 7.5 of the bail). when we asked where the remaining money was they said that the money was that and that they had never touched the envelope of money when it is not true because we paid in notes of different values (10,20,5) and they gave us back only 20 notes.
