Due to force majeure, I had to cut my stay short by one day. The staff at the They provided me with courtesy and professionalism the instructions to be able to activate the services of the insurance coverage included in the rate. After 15 days of exchanging emails, WhatsApp messages, and various documentation, today the company informed me that the service is not covered by the policy. So what is it for? Very dated hotel that needs a general restyling. The breakfast is forgettable, croissants that turned out to be hard as rocks, overcooked. The second morning I had breakfast at the pastry shop across the street. The 80s canned fruit salad is a no from me, please. Positive note, the location in front of the Saint.
