Villa Casa Country

I suggest a firm, detailed, and credible review. It presents the facts chronologically, without offensive tones, which makes it harder to contest. I stayed for two nights in this property with my two children, having chosen this villa mainly for the presence of the pool. Upon our arrival on Friday evening, we asked if it would be possible to use the pool the following day. We were informed that a wedding was scheduled for Saturday and that starting at 11:00 AM, with the arrival of the guests, we would no longer be able to access the pool area. Understanding the situation, I asked the owner's husband if it would at least be possible to use it on Sunday. He had implied that it would be possible, but when I asked for confirmation from Mrs. Anna, I was told that about 110 people were expected on Sunday as well and that the use of the pool was still prohibited. In response to my observation, pointing out what I had been told earlier by her husband, I was told that we would still have to leave the property by 11:00 AM and that "I should have informed myself before booking." This response honestly left me speechless. I booked through Booking, as I usually do, and before the reservation, I had also sent a message through the platform to ask for information. I never received a response. Later, I tried to call the indicated number, without getting a response or being called back. This is not the first time I have stayed in this property, which is why this experience disappointed me even more. If the pool is not usable because the facility hosts private events, this information should be clearly communicated before booking, not discovered upon arrival. I regret leaving a negative review, but I believe it is fair to report what happened so that other guests can book with all the necessary information.

Interesting location, but the owner is grumpy and extremely rude and presumptuous. Organization needs to be reviewed. Food was just okay.

Short stay to visit Padua and the Euganean hills, we really enjoyed it. The structure is immersed in the green countryside of Padua, with a beautiful garden where you can relax and regenerate in silence and greenery. Room really large and well maintained, great breakfast. From Bovolenta you can easily reach Padua, Montegrotto, Abano, Arquà Petrarca and you can start by bike to explore the many bike paths in the area. In short, a great stay from every point of view.
