Fortunately, a short stay!!! Room equipped with a dated bathroom, with oxidized (green-brown) faucets, a broken 1980s shower enclosure, an air conditioner that was dripping noticeably and, judging by the mold on the wall, frequently. We were counting on the breakfast, but it was bad there too. Jam in unhygienic glass containers left out in the open for hours with self-service access; meager selection and poor quality. When we went to eat at the table, we noticed our cutlery resting on a napkin that had visibly already been used. Minimal customer service, which should not be the case!!! I usually only write positive reviews, but here it is truly impossible not to share this negative experience! I made the mistake of paying the full amount upon arrival, otherwise we would have left immediately. So stay away, trust the reviews, and look for something else!!

Very friendly staff. Extremely helpful. Nice and catered breakfast. Nice location, within walking distance of Lake Garda.

My daughter stayed at this facility during the school trip. Terrible experience, food of very poor quality, dirty and neglected facility. Upon returning, many students complained of stomach aches and intestinal issues. I strongly advise against it.
