Staff always present helpful and courteous, even the oldest part is more than adequate to the level of category, excellent level of cleanliness large spaces, convenient indoor parking, buffet breakfast, barycentric location for tourism in the area, more than excellent price.

I've been visiting this hotel for a couple of years, I always stay here when I'm in the Verona area because it's convenient, easy to reach, with good quality rooms and a great price / Service ratio. Last time I had the unwelcome surprise of finding, at breakfast, a group of foreign tourists; no problem with the group, but the hotel, perhaps for a narrow contract with the group, presented a breakfast decidedly reduced than usual. I didn't like that to take advantage of the reduced breakfast in the assortment we had to adapt ourselves as well who had booked and regularly paid as private. Next time I'll find out whether there are any groups.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist, although the information provided about the hotel was quite limited. Our room was located in the adjacent building. Both the room and the building itself were quite worn and clearly past their prime. While the booking does indicate which part of the hotel you’ll be staying in, it unfortunately doesn’t reflect the difference in standard, which is notably lower in this section. A pleasant surprise was the free parking inside the courtyard, which we really appreciated. We also enjoyed having access to the pool on warm days, which was a nice bonus.
