The strong point of this establishment is the quality-price ratio! The location is peripheral, but very convenient to the center and the beach! Even though the hotel has few parking spaces, parking can be found nearby, obviously outdoors. Owner and daughter are super kind and helpful. Although the rooms were a bit dated, they had a renovated bathroom with a spacious shower and a window, and a large terrace (the rooms on the first floor have a view of the panels, while from the second floor there is a wider view). The electric shutter ensures complete darkness, while the air conditioner keeps the room cool, although the unit is not exactly silent. A refrigerator is present in the room. The space in the room is a bit tight (we had a quadruple room with a double bed and a bunk bed), but adequate in the bathroom and on the terrace, where there are chairs, a small table, and even a small drying rack. A factor to consider, but it did not bother us: the terrace is separated from those of the other rooms only by a partition with holes, so there is no privacy. Both an elevator and stairs are available. On the rooftop, which can only be reached by elevator, there is a large area with two pools, a hot tub, and a relaxation area with umbrellas and sun loungers; there is also a shower on the rooftop, but the water flows at a minimum; the only downside: in the evening, above the wood surrounding the pools, there were various droppings, presumably from seagulls, which were dry and might not be the height of hygiene, but many birds can be seen flying in the skies of Bibione... a final perk: we were allowed to use the pool even on the last day, despite having already checked out. Breakfast: a plentiful buffet, both sweet and savory, with some homemade preparations; egg dishes are made to order; the breakfast area is also pleasant; cappuccino and various options from the machine. The bar is not available. The hotel offers a bed and breakfast service plus beach access. There is also free bike rental available.

It was a truly pleasant discovery. Completely renovated hotel, clean and fairly spacious rooms (we even had a small terrace, not with a beautiful view but very practical and functional), equipped with air conditioning, bathroom with a super shower, comfortable bed. A nice touch are the two hot tubs on the rooftop, although in my opinion the choice of wood on the outside is unfortunately not very functional and practical. But the real plus of this hotel is the people! From the always-ready uncle who fulfills any need (he also makes wonderful cappuccinos), to the niece who manages the reception and any situation with kindness, professionalism, and attention to the cleaning staff who do an excellent and appreciated job in the rooms, to finish (but not least in importance) with the breakfast girls, super kind, available, and pampering you in a superb way. Not at all modern room, very dirty and messy, bed covers that look like curtains and two beds attached to form a double. Terrace of pitiful size. Bathroom that after showering, smelled fresh all day and night. Only “strong” point: bathroom (aesthetically very nice).
