Hotel in a very good location, it was a stone's throw to the beach, rooms were small but clean, bathroom was a good size and also clean with a toilet, shower, and WC. At the hotel's own beach, sun loungers, a deck chair, and a beach umbrella were provided free of charge. Parking spaces are also available, although a bit tight and you had to leave the key at the reception, which bothered me a bit at first, but it was still very good because there was flooding on our departure day; the cars were driven out of the underground garage by the employees in time and parked elsewhere. Breakfast had a good selection; for this price, it was really OK. The employees were all friendly. All in all, a very nice vacation at an affordable price.

Renting out a room like this is an absolute disgrace. I wanted a different room because everything was moldy, but there were none available. Neither a price reduction nor any apology. Luckily I was only there for one night, because the patio door could not be opened all the way either, and turning on the air conditioning would probably have been very dangerous.

Santa Lucia Bibione I do not recommend this hotel!!!! It is well-located, close to the beach, restaurants, and pizzerias! The atmosphere was unfriendly! I paid for a deluxe room but was given the ugliest, smallest room. They refused to lower the price, even though I didn't get the room I had paid for. I found out from a staff member that the boss had ordered our rooms to be given to other tourists, leaving us with these rooms instead. They refused to offer any discount. I filed a complaint with Booking.com. The rooms were appalling: the A/C didn't work properly, the fridge didn't cool, and the shower sprayed from both outlets at once! One of the worst experiences of my life! P.S. The price included two sunbeds, but I received one sunbed and a chair. A bunch of liars!
