Hotel Da Porto

The hotel was completely dark, virtually impossible to find in the night. The temperature in the common areas was freezing, including the dining room. Breakfast was very scarce, rusks and a few other discount products. No croissants or cooked food. Absolutely not up to standard for a 4 star hotel and very low value for money

Nice location, nice rooms, nice staff. Attention: Rooms smell extremely like cleaning products. Breakfast is adequate, the quality of the food good, but rather unimaginative and neat presented. The breakfast room has rine good views of the lake, but is very narrow, you sit on garden chairs, without pillows. Conclusion central, nicely located, a total of two minus/satisfactory, but never !!!4 stars.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly and efficient staff at the entrance, it would take some care on the curtains found broken on both sides .. Not exactly worthy of a 4-star rating. An applause for the change of towels that took place for all days of overnight stay. Every morning clean. A single note at breakfast, I invite you to be more careful, you can not bring the celiac bread and cookies, and then have a toaster provided for everyone. Or at least a more attentive person who makes sure that while you have breakfast, you may need something (maybe teaspoons) or to toast bread where everyone else does not use .. (Recommendation to improve). Fresh produce like yogurt, butter, Philadelphia should be in a refrigerator window and not melted on the table.
