Staff were not the most helpful. Every request was denied. This is not a 4 star hotel. Hotel was very dated. Pool was dirty, mouldy, and needs a revamp. Location was not bad - 20 minute walk into the town for dinner. Balcony was rusty and dirty. We stayed out of the hotel for as long as possible - only went back there to sleep.

My wife and I stayed for the June 2nd holiday, it was an excellent experience. Starting with the location, which is fifty meters from the lake just outside the center in a quiet area. We opted for half board, the breakfast was excellent with good savory and sweet products, and for dinner, you could choose from three first courses and three second courses. We appreciated the cuisine, always made fresh with good quality ingredients. In the evening after dinner, you could have a drink at the bar, which offered many cocktail specialties and ice creams made by the very skilled bartender. We chose the standard room, which was reasonably priced and had all the comforts with good cleanliness. If you want a good lakeside hotel with reasonable prices, I recommend it; I will definitely return.
