I spent one night in this B&B. Ms. Annalisa put us at ease, giving us all the information on the structure and not only, also on the parking and where to have lunch. Exceptional location and great breakfast!!

Praise the structure as a 700 building creates expectations that are disappointed as soon as you cross the threshold of the b & b. The entrance is sadly furnished with two worn-out sofas and on a small table there are two kettles , cups , tea bags and a jar of instant coffee available to customers . The doubt that someone has already used the cups and teaspoons makes us desist, if ever we wanted, from using them. The breakfast room is reduced to a common table, where guests alternate according to the appointed time or together, if number allows. The preparation of coffee or cappuccino, by the owner, takes a long time because the kitchen seems not to be equipped with a stove and everything is done with the milk heater that takes a lifetime to do its duty (without succeeding, everything is lukewarm). Pastry and bakery are industrial and mediocre. The only homemade cake, was served, until exhausted, for three consecutive days. In short, breakfast really disappointing. Passable bedroom, but no wardrobe. Clothes must be hung on the two available hangers which, in turn, must be hung on an old rung ladder. Sore button, the bathroom. Toilet and sink are in a tiny closet. The door does not close because it is blocked by the thermo valve. The sink is chipped and cracked, like the wall above, untiled. Impossible to place anything and you are forced to come and go from the room, where, separated by a wall, there is a shower. Closed by a curtain that sticks to you as soon as you turn on the water and doesn't look like it's been freshly washed. There's nothing to put your clothes down here either. For towels, a hook and another ladder (which in the structure abound). Tiles and shower tray show signs of aging.... and more. Rating : poor and, above all, not responding to the presentation. Many photos predate their current state. The value for money is not appropriate.

The only positive aspect is the convenient location to walk to the historic center. The structure, starting from the reception to continue with the breakfast room and rooms has very disappointed us. Our attic room, with a steep unprotected staircase, did not seem adequately safe, moreover the shower of the bathtub was poorly functioning, little water came out that drained from the bathtub. The worst thing was the breakfast, we stayed three nights and we always found the same three baked goods that had gradually become stale, accompanied by drinks just warm and long awaited. Really not recommended.
