B&B Ernestina

We arrived at this property which was well reviewed on other sites known for bookings, but we did not find anything up to what was described. Our room was dated and smelled old or musty, it was not very clear, in short, every time we entered there was a smell of closed and damp. The small bathroom without bidet and with a ceiling window insufficient for ventilation. Our room had two doors never found a room more uncomfortable and not very functional. The swimming pool with the wide angle seemed huge, but there could be about 4 people and in fact there were about 6 deckchairs, in a structure that between apartments and rooms had accommodation for well over 4/6 people. The sad breakfast, the first day the espresso coffee looked like horrible American coffee, at my request the other days I liked the coffee with the mocha. Good homemade cake and fruit everything else was the minimum of the minimum for a breakfast, very packaged and salty just a salami, bread and cheese. Miane does not really offer anything in August and the price paid for our stay was really unjustified for what the property offered. A beautiful facade in the photos but the reality is very different.

Location is great, in the middle of the Prosecco area. 1 hour drive to Venice. We stayed in the middle of the winter, with our small children. The welcome was very warm, Ernestina & Luigi make you feel at home. The rooms are neat, clean and the appartment has everything you need (microwave, washing machine etc.) for a fair price We can highly recommend this B&B in the N-E of Italy. Only the separating waste procedure was a bit confusing.

We intended to stay in Miane for 5 nights and eventually stayed more. This non touristy region offers so much that I should really keep it secret. Firstly b&b is located in a small and peaceful village,. There are few good places to eat, right in the village and also the few kilometres away. It is perfect location for hiking to the amazing mountains. Our host Ernestina gave us valuable tips for visiting the local wineries which were friendly. After seeing all the good comments on breakfast we tried it couple of times and have to say it is definitely one of the best breakfasts we had. Thank you Ernestina for making our stay so enjoyable! x
