I had booked 12 nights, but was forced to leave the hotel after just two, due to unlivable conditions. Since arrival, the management has appeared disorganized: the reception is unmanned and you have to call from an external intercom to get someone from the hotel next door. After a few minutes, a receptionist arrives and accompanies the customer into a gloomy and neglected lobby.
The property is furnished with old and badly maintained furniture. The carpet in the hallways is dirty and stained. In the room I found dirty drawers, dust webs, two spiders, and a decor so gloomy that it was oppressive. Nocturnal and afternoon rest is impossible: you hear voices, squawks, snoring from nearby rooms, doors slamming, a continuous coming and going. One afternoon, someone even persistently tried to enter my room. In short, I did not feel serene and safe not even a minute.
Upon arrival I asked if breakfast was included, since on the email it appeared both “with breakfast” and “without breakfast”, without a clear indication. I was told yes. But the next morning, while I was having breakfast after regularly announcing myself, the receptionist arrived in aggressive ways, accusing me in front of everyone of not paying her, asking me 10 euros and embarrassing me greatly.
After two nights I decided to leave. At the reception I communicated my intention, without even having to explain the reasons: nobody asked for anything. Even on the question of breakfast they kept insisting on making me pay, while admitting that the mistake had been theirs. Only thanks to the intervention of the owner – the only courteous person met – the situation was resolved.

Hotel located along the Terraglio, historic route that connects Treviso to Venice, very kind and helpful multilingual staff, good prices, very large rooms even if a little spartan, good price, restaurant service at an excellent price in the nearby hotel Prestige owned by the same family. Ample space to park in the garden. Advised.

We didn’t know when booking that the Magnolia Hotel and the Crystal Hotel next door are merged.
We have a courtyard room and can park outside. The room is quite noisy as there is some sort of large machine on all night behind the room.
Another night of disturbed sleep.
The restaurant for evening meals and breakfast is in the Crystal next door.
Check in, is also in the Crystal.
The TV remote has a Netflix button, but the TV states that there is no connection.
The room does not have tea & coffee making facilities.
