Maison Matilda deceived us. We arrived at the hotel and did not have the three rooms that we had previously reserved and paid for. They gave us two rooms and one of a lower quality than the one reserved. They told us that it was the travel agency's fault. False. Lie. They ruined our trip. Beware!!!!!!!

I booked and paid in the month of April for two rooms for myself and my children to stay in June. When we arrived, they told us that it was neither paid for nor booked. Finally, they put us in other rooms. We are still claiming the price difference, and there is no way to get it. They do not answer the phone for us. Bibiana's attitude is terrible.

The hotel was charming but creepy vibe. There was no hot water in our room, which was uncomfortable. The owner/manager said the hot water had just gone out and he was waiting for someone to repair it, which is interesting given that another person who stayed there a month or two ago also said they didn't have hot water. The owner/manager did not offer any discount or voucher. I would not stay there again.
