Ai Due Principi Hotel

Spacious and quiet rooms. Staff very helpful and very friendly. The dilapidated equipment does not deserve 4 stars: shower door patched with slightly moldy tape, stains on walls covered with stretched canvas, electrical outlets a little torn from the wall. We have not tested the restaurant but the breakfast is delicious. Poor quality bread, low-end jams, fruit in syrup. Toilet paper is not in sufficient quantity. The air conditioning cannot be adjusted: you have to ask the reception to start it at the desired temperature and sometimes they forget... Luckily it wasn't summer but it was already suffocating enough. Nevertheless the location is ideal.

Good location, central close to San Marco; definitely large rooms, like bathrooms. The living area is cramped: reception and breakfast. Modest the assortment of breakfast

The room is spacious and the location perfect. This hotel does not match a 4* at all. The dilapidated room, the limescale-stained toilet. Huge hooks on the headboard. BOF BOF shower products. For more than 500 € the 2 nights we can expect better. And also no one speaks French and even English it is complicated. Basically if you are looking for a 2 or 3* hotel with a 4* go there!!!
