Nice traditional hotel,well located to the center (although the first time it is hard to find).The room was very clean but not quite soundproof.Comfy beds,toiletries,heating,wifi,breakfast..everything was fine!The owners were kind and helpful.It is a little expensive but it worth it,so i would recommended it for sure.

Reasonably priced hotel which is in a great location - very close walk to the train station and waterbus transport. The staff are very friendly! No breakfast is included but there are plenty of places nearby to eat. Only downside is that rooms are not very soundproof and you can often hear noises from other guests rooms but otherwise a great place to stay!

Venice was a first stop of our trip. The city was full almost evry hotel was full, and we by chance found this hotel. We felt lucky to find this place becouse it was a good location and very reasonable price, but guess what, we arrived to venice early in the morning and had a business meeting and went to treviso, called the hotel that we were going to have late checkin, while we were in the meeting, my wife at 14.00h she went to hotel to checkin, they said they sold the room.... and offered a room that even the rats wouldnt pass a night. With a arrogant and ugly way they did not even help for anything. Well we had to find another place which we could not find in venice and we stayed in Treviso. We reserved the place throu booking.com but it seemed they are not as big and caring for their costumers either. BY THE WAY the room was fully payed😡
