Alloggi Barbaria

I recently had the pleasure of coordinating a surprise for my brother and sister-in-law’s 25th wedding anniversary at Hotel Alloggi Barbaria, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Even though I wasn't a guest myself, I reached out to the hotel to see if they could help me arrange a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates for the couple’s arrival. I was lucky enough to correspond with Fausto, who truly went above and beyond. He handled every detail with such grace—personally purchasing the items, writing out a beautiful card from my husband and me, and ensuring everything was perfectly placed on their bed to greet them. My brother and sister-in-law were "tickled pink" by the gesture, and it made their milestone anniversary in Venice even more magical. Fausto’s level of customer service, kindness, and attention to detail was simply wonderful. If this is how they treat people who aren't even staying on-site, I can only imagine the incredible experience their guests have. This hotel is now my top choice for whenever I make it to Venice. Just far enough from the ‘action’ so as to be peaceful, but just a short walk away from everything. 2 minutes from the water bus and a Coop. Incredibly friendly and helpful, spotlessly clean / well maintained. Very good value for money; we would stay again.
