Alloggi Marin

First of all, thank you very much Catia and Juliano! You were amazing hosts! The B&B is just perfectly located to make it a center of operations to visit Venice. From it, it only takes 20 minutes to get to the Tronchetto parking place, which is where we would recommend you leave your car to experience Venice. The wonderful breakfasts were a great plus, and of course easy parking. The room was very clean, they had a safety box in it, and at night is very quiet. Thank you very much!!

My wife and I stayed two nights at Alloggi Marin. It's a beautiful B&B run by a very friendly couple. The room was tastefully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast in the garden was fantastic. Alloggi Marin is a great place to stay if you're driving because of the ample parking. But even if you're traveling by public transportation as we were, it's only a half-hour bus ride. It's situated in the small town of Mira, outside of Venice proper, and it's a wonderful place to experience real Italian culture. Several restaurants in the neighborhood are excellent, serving authentic Italian cuisine at very reasonable prices, catering to the locals, not the tourists. Likewise, Alloggi Marin offers genuine Italian hospitality and great value. We already know where we'll be staying the next time we're in Venice.

We were going to Venice, and we chose to stay outside the busy city Centre. We stayed 3 nights in Mira, and we very fortunate to find a very comfortable place in Allogi Marin. The owners are very warm and friendly. They prepared wonderful breakfast, and helped us with information re public transportation, supermarket, and good restaturants. This place is a short walking distance to all the things you need - supermarket, pharmacy, bus stop, cafes, restaurants and bars. Definitely great value for money!
