I stayed at this facility during 2 different periods for a total of 3 weeks. The facility is located in a predominantly industrial area, very quiet and peaceful despite its proximity to the railway. I tried both single rooms and a double for single use, and I found them all comfortable, clean, and tidy, with a safe, TV, mini-fridge, and air conditioning. The bathrooms are efficient and complete with an adequate supply of towels and professional hygiene products. The cleaning and tidying of the room and bathroom were punctual and meticulous (the daily towel change was greatly appreciated). The continental breakfast service offers a rich buffet in both choice and quality: I really enjoyed the hot scrambled eggs and bacon every morning! Extremely kind and friendly staff, very honest price. An excellent choice for those like me who need to go to Fincantieri in Marghera.

Good hotel, clean room and soundproofed lobby staff very friendly and helpful varied and hearty breakfast for euro 100.00 in September 2025! In addition, the additional Service for / from cruise boarding with car parking inside the hotel parking lot very useful for euro 85.00. In front of the hotel there is the bus stop that leads to Venice to Piazzale Roma also this very useful aspect. I was satisfied and if I were to return to Venice I would definitely consider it. I suggest it

Nice and clean hotel. Staff trained and helpful. Room small but with everything you need and clean. Sweet and savoury breakfast buffet. Bus stop to Venice right in front of the hotel and tickets can be purchased at reception.
