The hotel location is excellent, a couple of minutes from San Marcos Square. Our room was spacious, air conditioned, very clean and the beds were really good. Wifi worked well too. The hotel didn't have breakfast, but there was a bakery right next door which was a great place for breakfast! The staff were very friendly and really helpful. We had a really good time!

The guesthouse is within walking distance of St. Mark's Square. Very easily accessible by water bus. The reception from the hotel is located on the first floor, also accessible by barrier-free stair lift. There is an elevator in the hotel, but outside of the floors, individual steps to the rooms are to be expected (request in advance for accessibility in the hotel). Staff was very friendly and also German speaking, very helpful and gave very good tips about local places e.g. Sold by original Venetian mask or very good places off the tourist miles). The room was spacious, clean and we had a large terrace overlooking the Doge's Palace - the view was imposing. The guesthouse is located in a lively district with very many good restaurants, bars and shops with fashion, art, traditional goods. We liked it very much, less tourism, more locals - despite the proximity of St. Mark's Square. We had booked without breakfast as there were many good and cheap bakeries with breakfast offers in the neighborhood. Would love to come back to this neighborhood!!!!’

Very, very polite receptionist helpful and prepared. A fantastic room with terrace and views of the San Marco bell tower. Quiet and serene During the night Clean bathrooms and sun lounge outside nice terrace comfortable Maybe a cooler fridge bar needs during the hot months Isabella is a receptionist with balls. Thank you very much
