Atlantide Hotel (Centre)

Very simple hotel but well located (near the FERROVIA water station), the train station and several good restaurants and shops. There is no reception on site, but in another hotel on the perpendicular, which caused us a certain weirdness. On our arrival a caring boy came to our meeting and gave us the key to the front door and the room explaining the scheme of the place. We had a problem with jam in the room in this early spring season and they only release the use of air conditioning in the summer, which would help a lot to soften the nights, as we woke up with the chopped face. We had to ask at the reception to pay more attention to the cleaning. The highlight of the Hotel is the staff Elisa who was extremely kind, attentive and sought to solve all our problems with extreme goodwill.

Clean, old-fashioned room suitable for 1-2 nights. Great location, very close to Venezia Santa Lucia station. The only great flaw is the icy water. Back from a race, at the time of the shower, there was no hot water. After calling reception, a guy arrived in the room who informed us that nothing could be done until the following day. It is unthinkable to pay 250€, for a room, for a night and not have hot water.

Great hotel and especially great location only 2 minutes walk to the Venezia St Lucia train station and right on the shopping areas and very convenient to water bus lines to go to Milano or Burano islands. Room was a little small for 3 of us but we managed.
