Great location: 5 minutes walk from Rialto, 15 from San Marco and 20 from the station. Very quiet area, outside you can not really hear a noise; internally it is different instead, you can hear a lot of the noises of the other rooms, but being an ancient building is very normal. The stairs to the rooms are dark. Personally I found the room small, with little space to place things, the same in the bathroom, but above all cold. Good cleaning, although you can always improve. The owner friendly and helpful: provided us with a kettle for the duration of the stay despite not being in the room. High price for what it offers, but being carnival there is. Great breakfast: croissants, jams, nutella, yogurt and cereal, possibility to make savory sandwiches and, in addition, you were also brought a hot and stuffed toast; juice, milk and hot drinks. It is not insufficient, but neither should it be promoted with flying colours.

I stayed at this site for four days and the experience was quite disappointing. Consequently, I put a negative review on Booking. The owner, Davide, didn't fit it very well and responded to me in a rather childish way. I have attached a series of photos quite illustrative of what breakfast was like or the cleanliness and state of the rooms.

I stayed in the days around New Year's Eve and I really enjoyed it; excellent breakfast both sweet and salata.E 'situated in a quiet and perfect location to get around Venice; also great price of the stay. The only thing that can be improved is the bathtub should be transformed into a shower.
