Base Hotel To Work

We stayed at this hotel for one night with our family. The customer service was very disappointing throughout our stay. The reception staff were rude, unprofessional, and didn’t seem to know how to deal with hotel guests. It doesn’t cost a cent to greet guests with a smile, answer questions politely, and treat customers with respect. The hotel room was okay. The air conditioning was slow, but the room itself was acceptable. Dear Base hotel management. Give your staff a talk about customer service.

Comfortable room, comfortable bed, several services included in the rate. Characteristic and particular furnishings. Breakfast buffet varied and plentiful. Would stay again.

I had a great stay at Base Hotel in Noventa di Piave! It’s right across the street from the Designer Outlet, which made shopping super convenient , you could just walk over and back with no stress. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful (they even gave us outlet discount vouchers!). Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and having free parking and good Wi-Fi was a big plus. If you’re planning a shopping trip or passing through the area, this hotel is a perfect choice.
