Basilea

Very good location, close to the bus station, and a few minutes from the basilica, very attentive staff, very clean rooms, ideal if you want to visit Venice on an express trip. 100% recommended. Supermarket and coffee shop across the street.

The rooms were clean, but sparse. There was no kleenex, conditioner or lotion. The vending machine didn't work and they wouldn't call to get it fixed. The personnel were unfriendly and not helpful, they kept saying "i don't know" or "it is what it is." Stay here if you have low expectations or want to be frustrated.

Very convenient hotel in the center of Venice, strategic position, easily accessible from the station (5 minutes). A pleasant walk will take you to the Frari Basilica or to the Rialto Bridge. Alessandro really very kind and prodigal advice to make your stay even more enjoyable.
