Bed and Breakfast Ca' Turelli

Disappointing experience: room did not match and construction work not reported We stayed at this property (Room no. 4) through an agency using a gift voucher, but unfortunately the experience was decidedly negative. First of all, the room assigned did not correspond in any way to those shown in the photos on Booking and described at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the window faced directly onto a wall and, worse still, there was scaffolding on the facade for ongoing work. Neither the agency nor the property had warned us in advance of this inconvenience, a significant lack of fairness. Because of the construction sites, with workers at it early in the morning and in the afternoon, it was practically impossible to rest or enjoy the room in peace. The price paid, equal to 100 euros per night, is totally unjustified for the service and accommodation offered: at this price there are clearly superior and transparent options compared to what is actually shown online. A management of transparency and hospitality that, unfortunately, I do not feel I can recommend.

Great!!!! Good location, clean and organized. Matteo, the owner, very helpful and very kind person. Also the staff, polite and friendly. Recommended!!!!

Very disappointed with this B&B. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Door to room was extremely hard to lock and unlock which was very frustrating. The room was very cold and the blankets in the wardrobe were quite old and couldn't tell if they were clean or not.
