Best Western Air Venice

Even though we requested a deluxe room, the room we received had the air conditioning turned off. They assured us that it would cool the room, which it absolutely did not. Never in my life have I been awake all night due to the heat. I absolutely do not recommend this place (to call it a hotel is an insult to the category).

The hotel is in a strategic location, and in just a few minutes, you can be anywhere; the value for money is truly excellent, with clean, modern, and spacious rooms, a comfortable bed, and a huge bathroom. All the staff were very kind and more than willing to help. Cheerful and smiling, ready to meet any customer needs. However, the real difference was made by Miss Margherita at the Reception, who was able to assist and advise me with her kind, patient, and very professional manner. She was attentive and efficient from the very first phone contact during the booking process until departure. It is precisely for this reason that I decided to extend my stay. It will be a regular stop whenever I am in the area for work. I can do nothing but thank you and recommend the stop. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you! See you soon Gabriele

Great facility, services okay, super breakfast! At the reception, Jessica was exceptionally kind and friendly! A significant added value! I would return just to say hello to her.
