Excellent location in the heart of the Venice. We absolutely enjoyed our room which was the Red room with a couch in there as well beautiful view when you slide down the curtain to look at the church across the street very romantic and very Venetian. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic one thing we enjoy probably the most is the breakfast. One thing to mention is that the mattress is a bit of a on a firm side and probably need an upgrade with a cushion for a comfortable sleep on top There is also stairs so no elevator be aware if you have a heavy luggage.AC worked perfectly, we also were greeted with a bottle of prosecco which we enjoyed on top roof.

With a friend, we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is close to everything, very clean, the room is super beautiful, and has good bedding! I can only recommend this hotel! The staff is super kind and attentive! However, please note that there is no elevator :-).
