I can't say enough about this property - - it well exceeded our expectations. Our room was lovely and comfortable. We enjoyed that it overlooked the canal. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. The price to stay there was very reasonable.

I stayed in this hotel back in June and honestly can’t rate it highly enough!! Every aspect of it we loved! Even prior to arrival Sabrina the host was truly wonderful kept us up to date on everything and provided directions for us from the station; throughout our stay she was just so kind and helpful. The location is amazing, highly recommend getting a room with a balcony for the full Venice experience but our room was beautiful so much attention to detail and was just amazing and within walking distance to so many things such as rialto bridge! I would 1000% stay here again especially given the brilliant value!!

I booked this trip as a present for my partner's birthday and i couldn't be happier with this choice of accommodation! The room was clean and tidy and Sabina was extremely friendly and helpful! Thank you for sorting out the extra's for my partner's birthday, the cake was very tasty and please do pass on our thanks to the bakery. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Venice in future. The b&b is located away from the hustle of tourists and main attractions in a quieter neighbourhood, however it is still within walking distance to everything so this is perfect if you want to visit all the major attractions but would like to stay somewhere quiet. The room offered all the major amenities and has A/C which was great for the heat. Thanks again :)
