A warm welcome, hotel is quiet, nice decor, very good bedding A very good breakfast with choice The hotel is really well placed 10 minutes from the sublime St Marc square We've been well pampered Since we left very early a tray was available to us We recommend 100 percent

Excellent stay. This small hotel has just six bedrooms. Four in the main building and two accessed from next door. The buffet breakfast was very good. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. It is a quiet area but water buses stop at the end of the street. I recommend this hotel to people who like walking to attractions and restaurants.

This hotel is amazing! David and Lia were so kind, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was extra special. The rooms were spotless, spacious and clean, and the location of the hotel is so central and so easy to get to via water taxi. I would come back here in a heartbeat!
