Very nice and convenient location, near Piazza San Marco but the area is quiet full of restaurants, near the ferry stop san Zaccaria. From the ferry to the hotel you only have to cross a small bridge which is very convenient when travelling with suitcases. Nice room, hotel to recommend.

An amazing hotel for experience, location in Venice. The hotel is spilt into over 4 buildings, so make sure to find the main desk…. Not easy to find as we had to ask… plus still not totally clear to find hotel name….anyway, as soon a pointed in the right direction, We made it…..and greeted by a wonderful man at the desk… once all booked in, our room along the street from the main reception…..entrance hall, stairs and welcome deco was beautiful, once in the room…. Wow,
Everything was clean, the bathroom was very large. With Bath and walk in shower… all in good order. The bed was very comfortable, with Great Wall coverings and pictures and detailed ceiling… truly beautiful.
We also had an amazing terrace overlooking the nearby canal and restaurants. Even had local music on 2nd night. The Tv all worked, and was able to change language to English so would could watch a film later to relax…. The mini bar in the room was limited, but good value, so you don’t get ripped off…
Breakfast was on the poor side, if you are looking a good English fried breakfast, but bacon, egg with a few other choices get you by…..
fruit, ham, cheese, etc etc, all available, along with lovely coffee and tea. Yogurt, croissants, in fact a good choice of any thing healthy… he he. The staff were happy and very helpful… always happy to help…. Thanks for the lend of the corkscrew….
Overall a beautiful room to stay in the centre of Venice. Only 5 mins walk to St Marks Square…

Looking at hotels for Venice this drops into the lower ranked 50% but only just.
It’s a great little hotel, it’s about a 5 minute walk from the San Zaccaria pier stop so ideal when travelling in by boat from the airport. It’s also a 5-10 minute walk to Saint Mark’s Square and plenty of great restaurants/shops etc.
We got a free upgrade to canal view room, I suspect due to a lack of other guests in the hotel but I’m not complaining. Our room was clean and modern, definitely more modern than some of the images on here and Google. The group that owns this hotel has another chain next door so you use their lobby for check in and for breakfast and the rooms are in a separate building next door.
We were left without hot water on our first night but contacted reception and they sorted it over night for us, the only other downside is the lift if painfully slow, but it’s only a three story building so only an issue when carrying your luggage upstairs.
The staff at the hotel were excellent we got an early check in and the staff on the desk were always happy to help, they pointed out what to see in the city, where to eat and some excursions they offer such as tours and Gondola rides, sometimes this can feel pushy but it was very much a case of ‘we offer this, just let us know if you’re interest’ if not then no worries.
Great little hotel in an ideal spot to see the city.
