It's well placed. Close to downtown and not in the middle of all the mess. Old building. The entrance is disappointing: dark portal, worn stone stairs of thousands of uses. You have to go up to the second floor (warned that there is no elevator). The room was in the attic, so we had to climb another spiral staircase. The room is spacious, as seen in the photos...although everything is "a little" sloppy. The bathroom needs fixing... now!! The sink has silicone (or something) attached, the faucet is rusty and by the toilet there are rust stains... The best thing: get up and go to breakfast and... you meet Christian!! It's lovely!! Cheerful! Make a breakfast, "fetto with amore." It gives off positive energy for the whole day. Thanks for everything, Christian!!!

It is located a short distance from the station and the Rialto Bridge in an environment that makes you feel right in Venice. There is a familiar and courteous atmosphere. The owner is welcoming and very attentive to the needs of guests. Clean rooms and very good breakfasts. Highly recommended.

... really great for many reasons, from the location in Venice, reachable on foot from Santa Lucia station in 20 minutes, or by vaporetto getting off at Fondamenta Nove, and then to be 10 minutes from Rialto and in a little more in Piazza San Marco .. and all the main attractions and monuments... To the fact that it is a beautiful structure, truly “Venetian” in style of furnishings and context..., to the kindness, friendliness, combined with efficiency, of those who run it, primarily Mr. Christian... And finally.. to the special breakfast with the classic drinks, tea and coffee, and sweet and savory...., and all with an absolutely competitive price...
