The welcome we were looking for after catching the disappointment of having booked a location that turned out to be closed. Manager helpful and very kind. Small room, but with everything you need, clean and in a great location. Full breakfast in the rate. Thanks again

I can't go to Venice this evening because my brother-in-law is very ill and almost died 1 week ago..... . Where the airline, the activities, get guide and other service providers....m have rescheduled everything and want courage without paying anything more, they refuse and answer me just too late. They're going to charge me 400 euros. No humanity, just for that, they don't deserve to stop at their place.

Located in a quiet street of the Dorsoduro district, the hotel is just a few minutes away from the Ponte dell'Accademia and the Gallerie dell'Accademia, the Peggy Guggenheim collection, and the Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute. Easy to get to Piazza San Marco. Breakfast of rolls with jam, coffee, and fruit juice served in the room. Very friendly owner who provided us with helpful tips for visiting Venice! Thank you for a nice stay.
