I would say everything perfect Reception Cleaning House Position Really recommended!

Just returned from a great little break in Venice and stayed here. The Hotel is exactly how I imaged when booking, friendly welcome, a clean, nice size room with Tea, coffee and water, plenty of space for clothes and a comfortable bed! We found that the Hotel was well situated, fairly quiet but a good choice of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast is extra at 10 euros, but we were very happy with what we had, Coffee, fresh meats, cheese, bread, hot bacon and eggs, yoghurts etc, so we didn't leave hungry in the mornings. A great value hotel and we would certainly stay here again.

The B&B is very small, located 10 steps from Santa Maria della Salute and very close to the Accademia Bridge. Our room was very nice with exposed beams, kettle and herbal teas, brand new bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. Assessing everything, the value for money is great. I put a star less for breakfast, which has a separate cost of 10 euros and is a bit 'a must choice since there are no bars in the immediate vicinity: it must be absolutely improved, the croissants are so and at least a doughnut or a tart must be inserted...
