Appalling communication. Prior to the trip no-one would answer any emails, Skype or calls. Countless issues and booked through booking.com which actually made it worse. Our whole trip was ruined and yet I still can't get in touch with anyone.

Located near the Academia Bridge and within 10 min walk of St Marco Square. Just up the street from the best restaurant in Venice -- A Beccafico!! the bathroom was spotless, the air conditioning was sufficient and the breakfast was very nice

Stayed here for 3 days. Enjoyed the fact it was off the main tourist area. The hotel was nice, our room was clean. Small breakfast is served prior to 10am. Our room faced the front of the hotel that looked down the alley, you could hear the children go to school in the morning and daily life in general. This did not bother me but gave me a sense of normal Italian life. The hotel is very close to St. Samuele stop, boat #2. There is also a very nice piazza, St. Stefano, with nice restaurants without service charges or fees. I loved this area. I would stay here again.
