The hotel looks like a 4 star, shame about the background. To access the rooms we had to pass outside, as if the 4-star hotel was hiding a horror movie motel. The small and dirty room: the stained blankets, the bathroom cabinet all broken and full of mold. Mould was the main piece of furniture in the bathroom. Even the mirror was broken and consequently dangerous. I travel a lot for work and I admit, fortunately, I have never stayed in a room like this. The breakfast I would say enough, far from a real 4 star; on the other hand the cost of the bottle of water available in the fridge in the room (off and dirty) is 4 stars.

structure very dated, all but working. underground garage with access and very small parking spaces very noisy room, we could not sleep until 3 am because in the adjacent room we made very loud music and the reception was unable to intervie before the various (I think) complaints and especially the windows on that side do not close properly breakfast at the minimum of the minimum TV recessed in a wooden cabinet narrower than the TV so it was not possible to see it well certainly NOT a 4 star as instead the pictures could suggest, maybe 2 stars to say the least. WE WILL CERTAINLY NOT BE BACK

What a terrible hotel. The ceiling comes down, the bathroom has mold and the window frames just rot. We had asked TUI for an air conditioning and balcony in the rooms, both not present. Only a system that refreshes the air but does not cool it. You can't even call breakfast, at half past eight everything was gone, then you just don't make enough. In addition, the doors of the breakfast room are already closed at a quarter past 9 because they actually prefer you not to sit down, so we went to a bakery the next day. The fact that TUI offers this to its travellers is shameful to me. The hotel should also be ashamed of itself, this is not at all how Italy should be. Next time I'll drive by fast.
